Local food cart pioneer, Abraham Espiritu of Lumpia Cart brought a small caravan of food vendors into the park Saturday afternoon and quietly set up by the big palms. Abraham said he had been staying away from Dolores but, found other spots, like Precita park more welcoming. It seemed it was time to stop by Dolores though. Accompanying Lumpia cart were soul Cocina, Ninja Pie Cart and Evil Jerk Cart, with great chicken.
